“We are delighted to announce a new resourcing partnership with 3T–AM, the UK’s leading additive manufacturer ( AM ) and part of the European Beamit Group. AM is an innovative manufacturing process that allows complex and high-tech parts to be ‘printed’ in metallic alloys. 3T – AM’s proprietary technology has global appeal and usage and is currently utilised in the Aeronautics, Energy, Space and Defence sectors where it is replacing more costly and heavier items with an eco-friendlier and often more cost-effective alternative. AM’s technology is still in its infancy with promising and exciting opportunities continuously opening up every day. This will lead to significant growth and investment in the Thatcham site.

Chief Exec and architect of the exciting 5-year growth plan, Daniel Johns was keen to stress the eco credentials of this innovative technology.
