We were delighted to be awarded a contract by a leading construction company to develop an online candidate application system and establish a countrywide assessment programme involving 2,800 of their employees.

A specialist core team at ResourceBank worked alongside their internal HR and communications teams and line managers to plan, design, communicate and implement a complex assessment process designed to showcase the skills within one of their major divisions.

It proved to be the largest and most technically complex project of this type we have undertaken and involved skilled team members from every discipline within the company.
