Fran Millar is one of the founding members of Team Sky, the British pro-cycling team, which gave Britain its first Tour de France win and has been hugely influential in the popularity of cycling we now see in the UK today. Fran ran her own athlete management agency until 2008, when she was headhunted to build the UK’s first Tour de France team. She is now creating a development programme for the 90-strong staff to build on Team Sky’s success.
