The number of applications received by a leading UK law firm for their 2024 early careers scheme increased by 22% on 2023. The scheme closed to applications last week and 3,104 applications in total have been received – a 22% increase on 2023 (2554 applications).
The management of the early careers scheme is undertaken by ResourceBank, a specialist in UK outsourced recruitment partnerships.

By the end of March, every applicant will be given feedback and the shortlisted candidates will know when they are attending assessment days at our client’s offices.”
ResourceBank utilises video assessment tools but the key factor in the project’s success is the expertise of four dedicated UK recruiters to assess, review, and shortlist candidates.
