The start of May saw the launch of ResourceBank’s brand new employee benefits package. Over the last 6 months we’ve been having focus groups with our employees at all levels about what they’d like to see included that will engage and motivate them most.
Some of the things we’ve added into our already comprehensive package are –

- Buy/sell annual leave scheme
- Non work related training scheme
- Further enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption
- Income protection scheme
- Technology purchase scheme
We also created a unique ResourceBank Benefits Calculator. This tool allows individuals to enter their salary and see the monetary value of all their benefits combined.
