Under the agreement, ResourceBank has taken over the management of Leonard Cheshire’s entire recruitment and onboarding function across England and Scotland, covering a wide range of roles from Support Workers and Nurses to Service Managers and Support Services professionals.
A lunch to launch the partnership
To mark the launch, the ResourceBank team hosted a celebratory lunch at their Telford office on Monday 3rd November, joined by visitors from Leonard Cheshire including Jules Whitehouse, Onboarding Administrator, and Liza Wiggins, Recruitment and Sponsorship Lead. The event included a presentation on the new service, introductions across the teams and, of course, some branded cakes to celebrate the start of the partnership.
A Next-Generation Recruitment Solution
As part of the new partnership, ResourceBank is managing the full candidate journey, from attraction and assessment through to onboarding — including referencing, DBS checks, and employment contract generation.
