We are Finalists at the Personnel Today Awards 2023!!!

What a delight it is to share the fantastic news that ResourceBank – HR and Talent Solutions has been selected as one of the finalists for the prestigious Personnel Today Awards 2023, in recognition of our remarkable achievements as Talent Acquisition Partner of the Year!

We couldn’t have achieved this without the incredible support of our more than 45 clients, including RPO clients, executive search, and engagement, each with their unique challenges and success stories. It brings us so much satisfaction to find talent for our clients that they struggle to find themselves. For instance, in 2021 alone, we successfully filled over 170 roles for SMT, ranging from warehouse staff to skilled engineers and senior management positions. And the best part? We planted a tree for each role filled, contributing to a greener future!

This is also an opportunity to celebrate joint successes with our clients. One our long-standing partnerships has been with World Duty Free (WDF). For 17 years, we have stood together through thick and thin, and even during the tough times brought on by the pandemic, our partnership remained steadfast.

Geoff Hall, HR Director for WDF, aptly sums it up – “To be back to full capacity for summer 2022, we needed roughly 1,000 new colleagues within 4 months. This, when the UK faced the most challenging recruitment conditions in years. And we needed them security cleared. I had no in-house recruitment team, but I did have ResourceBank.”

But our journey doesn’t stop at success and recognition. We take immense pride in the fact that while celebrating our accomplishments, we also remain deeply committed to making a positive impact. As part of our passion for giving back, we funded the construction of a new school in Nepal through the United World Schools charity in commemoration of our 25th year have a look at our latest Source Magazine for up-to-date information.
