ResourceBank and World Duty Free were presented the award at last week’s Talent Solutions TIARA Awards, which celebrates employers who put excellence in talent acquisition and resourcing at the heart of their people strategies.
The judges said:

17 Year RPO Partnership
For over 17 years, our partnership with World Duty Free has been about more than just filling roles. We’ve tackled significant challenges together: logistics retention issues, interview no-shows, and urgent vacancies at Heathrow. We’ve proactively promoted WDF’s EVP to potential candidates, built an entire careers website, and used the latest technology to proudly support 43 WDF locations across the UK, with over 1,000 recruits each year. Our collaboration has been instrumental in WDF’s growth.
